Daria Spratley, MS, RDN, LD, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and plant based enthusiast. She has been living a plant based lifestyle for over fifteen years. Daria is an accredited dietitian through Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) with a bachelor's and master's degree in human nutrition.

Daria has been working as a clinical and behavioral health dietitian for a few years, however plant based nutrition counseling is her passion. She is the founder of Plant Based Nutrition Essentials. PBNE, is a lifestyle company dedicated to providing individuals with education, support, tools, and recipes to manage and prevent heart disease. Her mission is to prevent and manage chronic illnesses such as hypertension, high cholesterol, heart failure, diabetes, and coronary artery disease with whole food plant based eating habits.
